PDF + protocol: your proof export

LegitForm documents approvals inside the project — and creates an export you can file or hand off when needed: PDF + protocol.

What’s inside?

  • Reference ID (unambiguous reference)
  • Timestamp (when approval was given)
  • Project context (title, location/date — if maintained)
  • Scope (e.g., Instagram/website/advertising)
  • Technical metadata (e.g., browser info) — as protocol so it remains traceable
  • Optional: proof level (email verified / on-site signature), depending on project settings

Proof bundle (ZIP)

Additionally, you can export a ZIP per project — including project data and finalized proofs (PDF + protocol + seal). Useful for archiving or hand-off.
How solid is the proof?

LegitForm documents approvals with timestamp, reference, and protocol in an immutable proof. This creates a solid foundation for documentation and traceability — but it does not replace legal advice and does not guarantee every individual case.
