Do I need a subscription?
You start with Starter for free (14 days) and can capture up to 10 approvals. If you want to keep working without limits, switch to Standard (€1.90 / month).
What is the Starter plan?
Starter is your trial phase: 14 days for free, maximum 10 approvals.
What is the Standard plan?
Standard costs €1.90 / month and can be cancelled monthly. Approvals are unlimited.
What happens when I reach 10 approvals?
You’ve reached the Starter limit of 10 approvals. Switch to Standard to continue without limits.
What happens after the 14‑day trial?
Your free trial ends. With the Standard plan you can continue without limits.
What do I actually get at the end?
You get your digital flow: create approvals, get them confirmed digitally — everything lands with the right occasion (🟡 Received).
Received is an interim state. Only when you finalize is the exportable final proof created (PDF + protocol + approval ID + timestamp + seal).
After that, the proof stays unchanged — exactly as it was created.
For archiving/hand‑off you can export finalized proofs as a bundle (ZIP) — without manual work.
Will this get messy once I have 100+ approvals?
No — because it’s not meant to be an endless list. You can search by occasion/title/location, find by name/email from approvals, filter Active/Archived, and move completed occasions to the archive (and bring them back if needed). Finalized proof stays unchanged and remains accessible.
What is the “proof seal” (simple explanation)?
A protection that shows whether a proof was altered afterwards. So you can later show: This is exactly the state from back then.
Do participants or clients need an account?
No. Participants open the link in the browser and approve in a few seconds. An account is only needed for the creator.
Who is LegitForm for (and who not)?
Clearly positioned — no pressure. That way you can quickly tell if it’s worth it for you.
- you publish (website, social, ads) and want proof stored cleanly.
- you have multiple occasions/jobs and need to find things fast later.
- you want professional documentation instead of chat screenshots.
- everything is private and you don’t want central documentation.
- “a PDF somewhere” is enough and you rarely need proof.
- you don’t want structure per occasion (state, archive/export).
How is LegitForm different from “PDF in Drive” or chat screenshots?
Drive stores files. LegitForm is the flow behind them:
approvals are bundled per occasion and documented as a clear process — proof is the result.
Concretely: clear mapping (occasion/purpose), solid proof (approval ID, timestamp, seal),
and 1‑click hand‑off via export (PDF + protocol) or a ZIP bundle.
Why use LegitForm if I just store PDFs on my PC?
You can store PDFs locally — the issue is: storage is not the process. If someone asks later, what matters isn’t “a file exists somewhere”, but: who approved what, when, for what — and whether the proof is unchanged.
- Occasion-based: approvals are mapped to an occasion instead of scattered across folders.
- Create & share digitally: via email, link or QR — in the right context.
- Client approves digitally: on PC/phone/tablet, without an account.
- Proof as a result: documented with timestamp, method, mapping and a seal.
- Exportable: as proof export (PDF + protocol) — and the other side can keep a PDF copy after approving.
Can consent be revoked?
Yes. In LegitForm you can mark approvals as “revoked”. That way it’s clear which content may need to be adjusted or removed.
What proof do I get?
Per approval you get the proof export (PDF + protocol) with approval ID, timestamp and the approved scope. You also get a proof bundle (ZIP) as a 1‑click download.
What is the “proof bundle”?
A 1‑click export: a compact summary (PDF) plus all finalized proofs (PDF + protocol + seal) in a ZIP file. Useful when you want to show a client or platform quickly what was approved when and for what — or when you want to archive everything cleanly.
Can LegitForm be used in a GDPR-friendly way?
LegitForm helps you document approvals cleanly (purposes/scope, timestamp, export). The legal assessment depends on the individual case — details are in the privacy policy.
How do I export an occasion (ZIP)?
For an occasion you can export an export bundle (ZIP). It includes occasion data and finalized proofs (PDF + protocol + seal).
What does “proof level” mean?
The proof level defines how the approval is confirmed (e.g. Basic, verified by email, or signature on site). You choose it when creating an occasion.
